Prepping for Fiftyone-43-Four

Listen, we know that exercise can be dangerous.  However, so is driving in your car.

Your odds of dying from lightning are around 1 in 79,746.  Your odds of dying in a car wreck are 1 in 18585.  Your odds  of dying in different sports are listed in the table below.  Your odds of becoming an astronaut are 13,200,000 to 1.  Your odds of winning an Olympic medal are 662,000 to 1.  Your odds of dating a supermodel are 1 in 88,000.  Your odds of dying from a stroke are 1 in 6 and from heart disease 1 in 3.   The definition of an “odd” is the likelihood of a thing occurring rather than not occurring.  In short, be appropriate with your level of skill and expertise when using.

Movement preparation is really important (especially when the odd of getting arthritis are 1 in 8).  Fiftyone-43-Four’s workouts aren’t out to kill you but they are designed to give you a good beating.  What this means is, if you aren’t ready to lift as required, DO NOT.  If you aren’t able to complete a movement with proper form, DO NOT DO IT.  Don’t negotiate pain.  If it hurts, STOP.  Ask yourself, “should I really be doing this?”  If the answer is even slightly no, then DO NOT DO IT (DNDI).

We have designed a FREE movement preparation combo for you to download.  Please make sure you have the mobility, strength and endurance needed to begin our programming.  Use the movement preparation combo to ensure that you are up to speed.  The movement preparation combo includes:

Energy System Development (Entry Level)
Dynamic Hip Warm Up and Mobility Work
Body Weight preparation
Push/Pull/Squat/Balance preparation
Core/Hip/Shoulder Preparation

Don’t be a statistic.  For the last time, if you are unable to do it, DNDI!  Finally, DOWNLOAD THE FREE MOVEMENT PREP COMBO HERE.  P.S. Weak People Suck.
